The Relogate Referral Program (“Program”) allows members (“referring customers”) to earn discount on their current agreements with Soho Bridge LTD OOD (“Relogate.me”) or commission fee by referring friends and colleagues to become new Relogate clients. The referred clients are eligible for a discount on their agreement with Relogate.me.
Relogate.me (operating under the brand Relogate and Relogate.me) is operated by Soho Bridge LTD, a company registered on the 20.09.2013 in the Trade Register of Bulgaria under the number BG202742543, with headquarters at 8230, Kvartal Perla 55, Nessebar, Bulgaria.
To be eligible for The Program, the referring customer must receive a special referral link or code from Relogate.me to be used to log in any incoming referred customers.
The referral link or code is personal to the referring customer and must not be shared with anyone except for referred customers.
The referred customer must not previously have been a client, or have enquired with Relogate.me about the prospect of being a client of Relogate.me.
For the referring customer to qualify for the reward, the referred customer must follow the unique referral link or code, fill in the form, then sign “The agreement of consulting services” with Relogate.me and make the first payment on it.
There is no limit on the number of referrals a referring customer may make.
At the end of each month Relogate.me will notify each referring customer or the number of referrals made during that month, the total amount of discount to be credited to the referring customer’s account or any commission fee payable (and shall provide a copy of a self-billing invoice for these purposes to the referring customer).
The referring customer will receive a reward for each referred customer who completes all qualifying actions.
If the referring customer has a current agreement with Relogate.me and there is at least 150 EUR or 5% of the referred customer’s contract, whichever is the lowest, left to pay on it, the reward will be granted in the form of a discount on referring customer’s current agreement with Relogate.me. One reward in the form of a discount reduces the referring customer’s agreement final sum by 150 EUR or 5% of the referred customer’s contract, whichever is the lowest. If the amount of the discount provided exceeds the remaining amount due from the referring customer, then an amount equal to the outstanding balance should be deducted from the outstanding amount due in the form of a discount, and the remaining amount should be provided as a commission fee to the account of the referring customer.
If the referring customer’s agreement is fully paid, the reward will be granted in the form of a commission fee — 150 EUR or 5% of the referred customer’s contract per each referred customer who completes all qualifying actions.
The referred customer will receive a discount on their agreement with Relogate.me — 150 EUR or 5% of a contract’s price, whichever is the lowest.
The commission fee will be paid on or around the 15th day of the month following the month in which at least one new customer performed qualifying actions after following the referring customer’s unique referral link or code.
The commission fee shall be transferred to the referring customer’s bank account the details of which have been provided to Relogate.me at least 1 week prior to the payment date. The referral reward discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Payments or rewards under the Program are at the discretion of Relogate.me.
Relogate.me will always consider whether it is in the individual’s best interests to proceed to a paid service when a referred customer is referred through the referral scheme. If it is considered to not be in the referred customer’s best interests then the case will be closed and a referral reward will not be issued.
The referral scheme will only apply if the referral link or code is used before any other contact by the referred person with Relogate.me. The scheme will not be allowed retrospectively.
